Athenafigurine found during one of the Acropolis excavation campaigns. The goddess wears a long chiton with long sleeves and over it himation that passes obliquely beneath the left arm. The arms are bent at the elbow, the left close to the torso and the right outstretched to the front. Her face is square with big almond-shaped eyes. She has a helmet on beneath which three plaits of hair fall over her right shoulder. The figurine surface retains traces of white slip.
